who am I?

artworks

My name is Verlaine Mba, a Cameroonian mathematics teacher and visual artist. I am one of the artists of the Bandjoun Station gallery directed by Barthelemy Toguo. Passionate about math, I give life to geometric figures by string art on my digital creations, creating works at the intersection of art and science.

Specializing in digital painting, string art and crypto-art, I am one of the pioneers of crypto-art in Cameroon. My NFT works, created on the Tezos and Ethereum blockchains, are visual explorations of nature, African culture and contemporary challenges.

Passionate about digital art, I constantly seek to push the boundaries between creativity and technology. I create hybrid works by combining digital and string art. I start with a digital creation that I then enrich with the string art.
